The Role: Head of Design and Technology | Hounslow, West London

* Lead and develop the Design & Technology curriculum across Key Stages 3-5

* Provide inspirational leadership to a team of specialist teachers and technicians

* Monitor teaching and learning standards to drive continual improvement

* Develop innovative teaching strategies and foster a culture of creativity

* Champion student achievement in product design, engineering, textiles and food technology

* Organise extra-curricular opportunities including clubs, competitions, and exhibitions
