* Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the multi-site estate to drive performance, challenge assumptions, and identify risks and opportunities.

* Deliver robust board-level and executive reporting, including variance analysis, KPI reporting, and clear commentary on business performance.

* Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.

* Drive process improvement across planning, reporting, and analysis to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and insight generation.

* Support strategic initiatives through scenario modelling, investment appraisal, and analysis of new opportunities across the organisation.

* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience in senior FP&A leadership roles.

* Very strong FP&A background, with deep experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business partnering, and performance reporting.

* Proven leadership capability, with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing finance teams.

* Experience operating within a complex, fast-paced, multi-site organisation, with the ability to support both strategic and operational decision-making.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior non-finance stakeholders.
