Daily Duties

* Lead and develop design work on healthcare projects across all RIBA stages

* Produce, manage, and coordinate Revit/BIM models with a focus on accuracy and collaboration

* Work closely with healthcare planners, consultants, and client stakeholders to develop well-considered design solutions

* Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings and client presentations

* Undertake site inspections, monitor progress, and assist with quality assurance

* Mentor junior team members and support the development of studio BIM standards

* Contribute to bid writing, proposals, and wider business development activities

Ideal Candidate

* Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with relevant professional accreditation (or working towards it)

* Strong Revit and BIM capability with experience coordinating complex projects

* Proven experience in healthcare architecture with understanding of HTM/HBN standards

* Ability to produce high-quality technical information and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams

* Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills

* Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks

* Collaborative, positive and committed to continuous improvement and design quality
