Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with excellent earning potential, ongoing training and genuine career development? We're looking for a skilled and motivated HGV Technician to join a busy, professional workshop environment where quality workmanship and teamwork are valued. Working within an IRTEC-accredited facility, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a varied fleet of commercial vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities for the HGV Technician

• Diagnosing, servicing and repairing HGVs efficiently and safely.

• Carrying out maintenance in line with manufacturer standards.

• Delivering a "right first time" approach to repairs.

• Completing job cards and accurately recording parts used.

• Working closely with the workshop team to maximise productivity.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Supporting a strong health and safety culture.

What We're Looking For in the successful HGV Technician

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.

• Previous experience working on HGVs in a commercial environment.

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

• Good IT and workshop system knowledge.

• Self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

• Class 1 (C+E) licence preferred.

• Tail lift experience advantageous.
