Your Role as an SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
* Deliver targeted academic and behavioural interventions, 1:1 and in small groups
* Lead and support learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff and therapists
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education and behaviour plans
* Foster emotional regulation, independence, and positive engagement in learning
What We're Looking For:
* HLTA Status (Level 4 or equivalent qualification)
* Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally in specialist settings
* A calm, reflective, and proactive approach to behaviour and communication support
* A genuine interest in professional development and SEN best practice
* Progression & Professional Development:

Many of our experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants progress into roles such as:
* Assistant Psychologist

You'll also have the opportunity to remain in the education and training sector, with routes into:
* SEN Teacher (via QTS/QTLS)
* Pastoral Lead or Inclusion Manager
* SEND Coordinator (SENCO)
* Further study in Education Leadership, Trauma-Informed Practice, or Specialist SEND Support
