* Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons when covering teacher absence.

Requirements

* Essential: Proven SEMH experience in an educational, therapeutic, or specialist setting.

* Essential: Confident and capable of covering whole classes independently.

* HLTA qualification preferred or equivalent experience at that level.

* Excellent communication, resilience, and behaviour-support skills.

* Commitment to supporting vulnerable learners and helping them flourish.

* Ability to work full-time in a Primary SEMH School in Northampton.
