History ECT - The Role
This mixed secondary school in Southwark is seeking a passionate and committed History ECT to join their department from September 2026 on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will teach History across KS3 and KS4 , plan and deliver engaging lessons, and be supported through a structured ECT programme with experienced mentors. The school is looking for someone with strong subject knowledge, good behaviour management, and a genuine enthusiasm for History. This role is paid on the Inner London M1 to M2 scale (£40,317 to £42,234), depending on experience.
