This role offers a varied mix of employee relations, policy development, recruitment support, and HR administration, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the employee experience while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice. The Opportunity As a trusted member of the HR team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters. You'll be responsible for managing employee relations cases, supporting recruitment, maintaining HR policies, and helping to create a positive and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage a wide range of employee relations casework, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, probation, and flexible working casesCoach, support, and advise managers on people management issues, building confidence and capabilityReview and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practiceSupport employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives, including the annual employee surveyProvide guidance throughout recruitment and selection processesProduce clear and effective HR communications for employees and managersMaintain accurate HR records and employee data, ensuring GDPR complianceProduce HR reports and analyse people data to identify trends and support business decisionsEnsure all employee changes are processed accurately and communicated to payrollKeep up to date with employment legislation and emerging HR best practice, driving continuous improvement across the HR functionAbout You We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing practical advice, and delivering an exceptional HR service.
