The Opportunity As a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to influence people practices, support organisational change, and help create a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employees can thrive. Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of people-related mattersManage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, safeguarding, and performance issuesSupport sickness absence management processes and coordinate occupational health referralsLead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, helping attract and retain talented individualsCoach and support managers to build confidence in performance management and people developmentContribute to organisational change initiatives and HR improvement projectsMaintain accurate HR records and produce meaningful people data, reports, and metrics to support decision-makingAbout You We're looking for a proactive and approachable HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering practical solutions that support both managers and employees. You'll bring: Previous HR generalist experience gained within an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience managing employee relations and absence management casesRecruitment and onboarding experience across a range of rolesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsCIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) or equivalent professional experienceWhy Join?
