The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students during Humanities lessons, including History, Geography and Religious Studies
* Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Help students develop confidence, engagement and academic progress
* Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
* Gain valuable experience working within an OFSTED Outstanding school

* A degree in a Humanities-related subject
* A genuine interest in education and working with young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach
* Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
