Job Title: HV Electrical Shift Leader
Location: City of London
Salary: £53,500
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – Days Only
PRS is proud to be working with a prestigious law firm in the City of London, who are seeking an experienced HV Electrical Shift Leader to join their facilities team.
The Role:
As the HV Electrical Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all high-voltage and electrical systems across the site. This is a key role within a high-profile corporate environment, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HV and LV systems.
- Lead and support a team of shift engineers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to high standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance when required.
Requirements:
- HV Authorised Person (valid or lapsed HV ticket).
- Strong technical knowledge of building services and electrical systems.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or shift leader role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
