Academics are recruiting Inclusion Teaching Assistants to work in a supportive and welcoming primary school across Bracknell. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
* Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation in school life
* Support children's emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
* Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff to help pupils achieve their individual goals
