Academics are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Maidenhead that is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and gain valuable experience within a nurturing school environment.

Working closely with experienced teaching staff, you'll help ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed both academically and personally. This role is ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or wider SEN support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs

* Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet individual pupil needs

* Encourage confidence, independence, and active participation in classroom activities

* Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' emotional and social development

* Work closely with the school's SENCO and wider staff to provide consistent, high-quality support
