Interim Financial Controller (6-Month FTC)
Location:- Grimsby/Hybrid
Salary: circa £90k
Benjamin Edwards is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support our client's finance team during a key period of transformation. This role is ideal for a qualified Accountant with a proven track record in financial control, process improvement, and rapid change implementation. As Interim Financial Controller, you will play a critical part in reviewing current finance processes, identifying risks, and implementing robust, scalable improvements. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can quickly assess the environment, take ownership, and drive meaningful change. The role starts as soon as possible.

The role of Interim Financial Controller
* Conduct a thorough review of existing financial processes and controls

The ideal candidate for the role of Interim Financial Controller
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong and demonstrable experience in financial control and process redesign

* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Able to challenge the status quo and influence key stakeholders
