Job Title: Intermediate-Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist- Revit

Daily Duties

* Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit

* Develop construction details, specifications and technical documentation

* Coordinate information with architects, engineers and external consultants

* Prepare and manage BIM models throughout project delivery

* Attend design team meetings and technical workshops

* Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections as required

* Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards

* Support project delivery from technical design through to construction

* Assist with technical problem-solving and project coordination

* Contribute to BIM standards and technical best practice across the studio

Ideal Candidate

* Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related discipline

* Intermediate to Senior level experience within a UK architectural practice

* Strong Revit proficiency is essential

* Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge

* Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages

* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and current legislation

* Experience working across commercial, education, healthcare, residential, industrial or public sector projects

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

* Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

* CIAT membership or progression towards chartership would be advantageous
