They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in their Birmingham offices.

Duties for the role of Job Runner include:
* Manage and deliver commercial projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
* Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members
Skills and experience for the role of Job Runner:
* Relevant degree within architectural technology
* Strong experience within a relevant within a UK practice
* CIAT registered would be desirable
* Proficient with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
* Strong experience working across RIBA stages 4 through to 6
* Job running experience is essential
* Strong technical and design skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
