Duties for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:
* Assist on the delivery of residential and commercial projects
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
* Produce technical drawings and specifications
Skills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:
* Degree within architectural technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
* Knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong design and drawing skills
