Your daily activities will include:

Responsibilities

As a Sustainability Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering BREEAM assessments and other sustainability certifications such as HQM, Fitwel, and SKA.

* Developing and implementing sustainability strategies for projects across various sectors.

* Preparing sustainability certification reports for both planning and technical purposes.

* Managing client engagement and project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.

* Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who meets the following criteria:

* Qualified in BREEAM certification with a proven track record of certifying buildings.

* Knowledge of or qualifications in other certifications (e.g., HQM, Fitwel, SKA) is desirable.

* Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.

* Membership or qualification through a professional body such as ISEP, IEMA, CIBSE, or LCC.

* Strong commercial awareness of building regulations, the planning process, and the construction industry.

* Excellent numeracy, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

* Experience working in a collaborative environment.

* A valid driving license with fewer than 3 penalty points.
