Job Title: Architectural Technologist (Graduate- Intermediate level)

Location: Manchester

Salary: £26-36,000 DOE

Daily Duties

* Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information

* Assisting with planning, technical and construction stage packages

* Supporting the coordination of projects from concept through to completion

* Working closely with architects, consultants, and project teams

* Ensuring drawings comply with current UK building regulations and standards

* Preparing and coordinating Revit/BIM models and technical documentation

* Attending design team meetings and assisting with project delivery

Ideal Candidate

* Suitable for graduates through to intermediate level Architectural Technologists

* Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field

* Revit proficiency is essential

* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple projects

* A proactive team player with strong communication skills

* Enthusiastic about developing technical expertise within a growing practice
