As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Serving as the primary commercial contact for designated key accounts, building strategic, long-term relationships

Leading proposals, quotations, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals to ensure profitability and compliance

Monitoring contract performance against delivery schedules, quality standards, and SLAs

Coordinating internal teams to support new product introduction, engineering changes, and programme ramp activities

Tracking account performance metrics including revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction, reporting insights to senior management

Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and deeper customer integration

As a Key Account Manager, your experience will include:

A background in account management or commercial roles within aerospace or aviation manufacturing

Knowledge of contract management, negotiation, and commercial practices in a regulated environment

Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial reporting tools

Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, or supply chain teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
