Academics are working with a 'good' school in Chelmsford, Essex. This is a long term role commencing as soon as possible, until July 2026. A permanent role from August 2026 will be available for the right candidate. The school also offers teacher training which would be carried on site and would allow you to earn a wage, while working towards your QTS.

Key responsibilities within the role:

* Attend to pupils' personal needs, and implement related personal programmes (must be comfortable taking both girls and boys to the toilet)

* Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities

* Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration

* Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress

* Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
