Pay: £130 - £190 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role
As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons across Year 1 and Year 2 within supportive primary schools in Retford. You will have the freedom to choose the days you work while still making a meaningful impact on early learning and development.
Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT, this role allows you to build your experience, explore different school environments, and enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach high-quality, engaging lessons across KS1
* Deliver pre-planned work and ensure smooth learning throughout the day
* Support pupils' academic, emotional, and social development
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to school life when required
Candidate Requirements
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Experience teaching within KS1
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ A flexible, positive, and proactive approach
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
