Academics are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Slough to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 1 Teacher with a middle leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across KS1

* Lead a curriculum area, phase or responsibility in line with school priorities

* Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and raise standards

* Contribute to strategic planning and school self-evaluation

* Promote a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Hold QTS and have proven experience teaching in KS1

* Demonstrate consistently strong or outstanding classroom practice

* Have, or be ready to take on, a middle leadership role

* Show strong communication, organisation and leadership skills

* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
