Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching in Key Stage 1 with a strong grasp of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum

Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, both inside the classroom and in outdoor spaces
*
Use a variety of assessment methods to track pupil progress and plan future learning
*
Build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers
*
Maintain a secure understanding of curriculum and pedagogy to deliver effective and inspiring lessons
Key Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*
Experience and confidence in teaching within KS1
*
A genuine passion for teaching and child development
*
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
