KS2 Teacher based in Wakefield

Full Time - 5 days a week
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher based in Wakefield looking to make a real difference in Key Stage 2?
We are looking for an outstanding KS2 Teacher based in Wakefield area who can inspire confidence, build resilience, and prepare children for the transition to secondary school.
I have partnered with a warm and friendly mainstream nursery, infant and junior school with an incredibly supportive SLT. As a KS2 Teacher you will be expected to follow the ethos and values of the school. They believe in positive reinforcements to get the best out of their pupils.
As a KS2 Teacher based in Wakefield you must ✅ :
* Hold QTS or equivalent, with a proven track record in Key Stage 2 teaching
* Outstanding KS2 Practitioner
* Understanding of how trauma can impact a child's behaviour and ability to learn
* Be flexible and adaptable
* Think on your feet
* Be reliable with good time keeping
* Possess strong classroom management
* Firm but fair atttitude
* Adhere to school policies and follow planning when set
