Academics are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Slough to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 2 Teacher - Year Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KS2 teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across KS2
* Lead a year group in line with school priorities
* Support and develop colleagues through coaching, mentoring and collaboration
* Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and raise standards
* Contribute to strategic planning and school self-evaluation
* Promote a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS and have proven experience teaching in KS2
* Demonstrate consistently strong or outstanding classroom practice
* Have, or be ready to take on, a year leadership role
* Show strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Share a commitment to high expectations, inclusion and pupil achievement
