Responsibilities

As a Landscape Architect, you will:

* Design and deliver innovative landscape solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

* Collaborate with clients, architects, urban planners, and engineers to create site plans that exceed expectations.

* Use Vectorworks to produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical plans.

* Incorporate garden design principles, including plant selection, material choices, and spatial composition, into your work.

* Conduct site analyses to assess environmental conditions and project feasibility.

* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless project execution.

* Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into your designs.

* Champion sustainable practices and environmental stewardship in all projects.

* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive, collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.

* Proven experience in landscape architecture and garden design, supported by a strong portfolio.

* Proficiency in Vectorworks (experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a bonus).

* Expertise in horticulture, hardscape materials, and sustainable design principles.

* Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

* Experience with a variety of project types, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
