Person Specification
* GPhC-registered pharmacist
* Independent Prescriber qualification
* Significant experience within a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting
* Proven track record of leading and managing large pharmacy or MDT teams
* Confident, credible leader with a strong management presence
* In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and quality standards
