Learning Support Assistant - Kingston

Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We're looking for a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team at a specialist SEN primary school in Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils aged 4-11 with additional needs and be part of a nurturing, therapy-led setting.
What you'll be doing:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
*
Encourage a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
*
Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development
*
Help with classroom organisation and learning resources
*
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress

Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed

Have great communication skills and a team spirit
*
Bring experience in education or SEN (desirable, not essential)
*
Are open to learning and growing in a supportive environment

Hold a relevant qualification (helpful, but not required)
