Pay: £88.94-£100 per day

Contract: Ongoing, with a strong potential to go permanent
What You'll Be Doing:
*
Supporting individual pupils and small groups to access learning
*
Adapting classroom tasks and materials to suit a range of learning needs
*
Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans
*
Encouraging independence and confidence in children with SEN
*
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
We're Looking for Someone Who:
*
Has previous experience working with children with SEN as a Learning Support Assistant
*
Understands strategies for supporting a range of additional needs
*
Can work effectively as part of a team and independently
*
Has a caring, patient and resilient approach
*
Is local to Erdington or can commute reliably
