Start Date: September
Location: West Bromwich, West Midlands
Pay: £88.94-£100 per day
Contract: Ongoing, with strong potential to become permanent
What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting individual pupils and small groups to access learning
*
Adapting classroom tasks and materials to suit a variety of learning needs
*
Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans
*
Encouraging independence and confidence in children with SEN
*
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
We're Looking for Someone Who:
*
Has previous experience working with children with SEN as a Learning Support Assistant
*
Understands strategies to support a wide range of additional needs
*
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
*
Has a caring, patient, and resilient approach
*
Is local to West Bromwich or can commute reliably
