What You'll Be Doing:

Providing 1:1 as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional educational needs

Modifying learning activities and resources to cater to diverse learning styles

Working alongside teachers to implement bespoke support strategies

Helping students build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience

Fostering a nurturing environment that promotes inclusion and positivity

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with prior experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a school setting

Confident in using creative and flexible approaches to learning

Calm, caring, and committed to making a lasting difference

Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team
