Learning Support Assistant - Chester & Surrounding Areas
Do you thrive on helping children overcome challenges and achieve their best? We are recruiting a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Chester area.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Learning Supporting Assistant with Academics, you will:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs, including SEN
* Encourage positive learning behaviours and emotional wellbeing
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons
* Help create a supportive environment where every child feels valued
* Work 1:1 or with small groups to boost confidence and progress
Who We're Looking For:
You might be an experienced school support professional - or someone with transferable skills ready to step into education. We welcome applicants who are:
* Caring, patient and committed to helping children succeed
* Confident in building relationships and offering reassurance
* Adaptable and proactive in the classroom
* Willing to learn and further develop their skills
* Ideally experienced in SEN support (not essential)
