Academics Ltd is proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing primary school in Camden, which is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Learning Support Assistant to join their team from March 2026.

Role Details

* Location: Primary School in Westminster

* Start Date: March 2026 (Long-term position)

* Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

* Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role

As a KS2 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide targeted support to pupils within Key Stage 2. You will help ensure all pupils, including those with additional learning needs, are fully supported to access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who require additional assistance

* Supporting pupils with learning difficulties, SEN, or additional needs to engage in lessons

* Helping pupils complete tasks and develop confidence in their abilities

* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning environments

* Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

* Have experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting

* Be a proactive, patient, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant

* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Be passionate about supporting pupils with additional learning needs

Graduates with a strong interest in education, psychology, child development, or SEN are also encouraged to apply.
