The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant in this specialist setting, you will:

* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver personalised learning plans and targeted interventions.

* Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence, and resilience while supporting positive social interactions.

* Assist with personal care where required, always maintaining dignity and following safeguarding procedures.

What We're Looking For

* Experience working with SEN or supporting young people with additional needs is desirable but not essential.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
