Lettings Repairs and Property Visits Administrator
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 7RJ
Salary: £28,000 per annum

The Role
The Administrator will be responsible for:
* Organising and coordinating property repairs
* Conducting property visits
* Liaising with contractors, tenants and property owners
* Ensuring all properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed in a reasonable timeframe
* Managing property records
* Assisting with budget management
* Providing excellent customer service
Skills and Qualifications
* Property management skills
* Knowledge of The Renters Rights Bill
* Level 3 Propertymark or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
* Knowledge of Homes Fit for Habitation and Awaabs Law
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in using computer software and databases
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
