Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support following pupils' EHCP and personalised learning plans.

Helping children develop communication, social skills, emotional regulation and independence.

Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, therapists and wider school staff to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
What We're Looking For:

A Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant or SEN qualification (or higher).
*
Experience supporting children with SEN-particularly Autism, MLD, communication needs or developmental delays.
*
Based in or able to commute to Harborne.
