Academics is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded private nursery in Lewisham, currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team from May 2026.

Role Details:

Start Date: May 2026

Location: Lewisham, London

Contract: Full-time / Flexible shifts available

Hours: Monday to Friday (varied shift patterns)

Salary: £95-£105 per day (dependent on experience)

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

* Have proven experience working within a private nursery or Early Years setting

* Have experience supporting children with additional needs, including adapting activities and providing tailored support

* Be caring, proactive, and passionate about early childhood development

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
