Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming independent school nursery team.

Location: Cranleigh, Surrey

Start: 23rd February 2026

Contract: Full-time, Supply or Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Salary: £14 - £20 per hour

About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role supporting the delivery of high-quality early years care and education within the nursery/pre-prep environment. You will work alongside colleagues to create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring space where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day nursery activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

* Help create a stimulating, inclusive environment that promotes children's learning and development.

* Supervise and engage with children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community.

* Contribute observations, assessments, and planning to support individual progress.

* Work collaboratively as part of an effective early years team.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who:

* Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification.

* Has experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.

* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Is professional, reliable, and committed to providing high standards of care.
