This role is ideal for a dedicated and qualified TA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and ready to work as part of a dynamic school team.
Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside the class teacher to deliver high-quality, engaging learning activities

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils across the curriculum
*
Assist with classroom management and the implementation of learning plans
*
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
*
Support pupil progress through observation, feedback, and record-keeping
Essential Requirements:
*
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
*
Recent experience working within a primary school setting
*
A good understanding of the primary curriculum and pupil support strategies
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Academics)
*
Two professional references from the last two years
