Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Caerphilly
Academics are currently seeking a driven and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Caerphilly on a full-time basis, starting after May half-term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to take on a key role within the classroom, supporting both pupils and teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted interventions and support small group learning
* Lead activities in the absence of the teacher where required
* Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, including those with additional learning needs
* Assist with planning and adapting learning resources
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting
* Enhanced DBS certificate
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
