Our friendly secondary school in Havering is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / SEN Support Assistant to join our amazing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
* Helping young people build confidence, independence and resilience
* Turning "I can't do this" into "Actually… I smashed it!"
* Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive learning environment
* Celebrating every win - big or small 🎉
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has a kind heart and a good sense of humour
* Can stay calm under pressure (even when Year 9 discover TikTok dances)
* Builds positive relationships with young people
* Is patient, proactive and ready to make a difference every day
* Experience with SEN is great - but enthusiasm and the right attitude matter just as much!
