Are you passionate about helping children succeed and grow in their learning?

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Harrow is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference-particularly for pupils with additional needs-by providing the encouragement and support they need to flourish in the classroom.

As a LSA, you will:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, especially those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

* Work alongside teachers to adapt lessons and activities for different learning needs.

* Monitor progress and share updates with teaching staff and parents.

* Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.

* Assist with behaviour management, classroom organisation, and daily routines.

LSA Requirements:

* Has experience working with children or young people (SEN experience preferred but not essential).

* Brings patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to learning support.

* Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff, pupils, and families.

* Is flexible, proactive, and committed to the needs of the class.

* Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

This role is perfect for aspiring teachers, psychology graduates, or anyone looking to build a rewarding career in education while making a real difference in children's lives.

If you're ready to inspire and support young learners in a welcoming Harrow primary school, we'd love to hear from you.
