We're on the lookout for a bubbly, caring, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Brentwood. This is your chance to make a real difference every single day-supporting students to grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and enjoy their learning journey.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting students in class, both one-to-one and in small groups
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with teachers to bring lessons to life
* Encouraging independence, resilience, and self-belief in every student
What we're looking for:
* A warm, enthusiastic personality (bonus points for a great smile!)
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young people
* Experience in education or SEN is lovely-but not essential
