Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a strong analytical approach and a knack for turning numbers into insight? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and clarity are key to driving business performance?

As a Management Accountant , you'll support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making across a growing business with major capital projects underway. * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with a Christmas shutdown

* Company sick pay scheme

* Free on-site parking

* A collaborative, performance-focused culture with clear accountability and support

As a Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports

* Assisting with annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis

* Providing clear commentary on key financial performance indicators

* Tracking costs and progress on major capital projects

* Supporting internal and external financial reporting and audit requirements

* Assisting with cash flow forecasting and working capital management

* Driving the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes

As a Management Accountant, your skills and experience will include:

* CCAB-qualified or finalist status (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

* At least 2 years' experience in a management accounting role

* Strong Excel skills and a data-driven approach to analysis

* Experience in a manufacturing or product-led environment (preferred)

* Confident communication and the ability to influence across departments
