Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading business as a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team based in Addlestone. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to month-end, business partnering and systems, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with commercial insight. NetSuite experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis
* Own the month-end close process, ensuring robust controls and reconciliations
* Maintain and develop reporting within NetSuite, driving improvements in data quality and insight
* Prepare budgets, forecasts and reforecasts, working closely with budget holders
* Provide clear financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making
* Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
* Identify and implement process improvements across finance systems and reporting
Requirements:
* Qualified ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
* Previous experience in using Netsuite
* Excellent communications skills
* Advanced Excel
* Proven experience in process improvements
