Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

(KS5 teaching may be available depending on experience)

Use creative and effective teaching strategies to support all learners, regardless of ability

Develop students' problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical thinking skills

*

Contribute to the Maths department's continued success through collaboration and innovation

Take part in extracurricular activities, including Maths clubs, competitions, and intervention sessions

Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*

A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject

*

Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the UK Maths curriculum

Ability to inspire and motivate students through dynamic and accessible teaching

*

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

*
