Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential in mathematics
* Differentiate teaching to support students of all abilities, including those with SEN and SEMH
* Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning
* Maintain a positive classroom environment with high standards of behaviour and engagement
* Collaborate with colleagues in the Maths department to share best practice and develop schemes of work
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 & KS4 essential; KS5 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for mathematics
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* Commitment to inclusion, resilience, and supporting student progress
