Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching GCSE maths (Edexcel desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
* Passion for education and commitment to student achievement
* Positive, professional, and team-focused approach
