The Role

Key responsibilities include:

* Planning and delivering engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

* Using a range of teaching strategies to support, challenge, and stretch learners of all abilities.

* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing high-quality feedback to maximise achievement.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess an appropriate academic qualification suitable for teaching Mathematics.

* Have strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Mathematics.

* Demonstrate the ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.

* Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* Have experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level, including GCSE and ideally A-Level.

* Be committed to maintaining high academic standards and fostering a positive learning environment.

* Show a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school community.
